At AVEL we absolutely identify with Steve Jobs’ above line. With a team of 15 people (2017), AVEL exists and grows because of this team’s professionalism, passion and strong team spirit. AVEL’s people-centric philosophy has led over years to a high employee satisfaction.

Our team today consists mainly of Sales Representatives and Product Managers. Our Application Technologists are also a key asset in order to realize our mission which is to inspire and deliver successful New Product Development. Of course, all necessary Support Staff disciplines are critical in order to drive a smooth business. Our people are highly educated in their fields. Next to their commercial backgrounds, all our Sales Representatives and Product Managers have academic degrees in relevant fields, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, Food Technology, Cosmetology, Industrial Pharmacy and more.
